Getting started

What getting started looks like.

Buy seats

Add courses to your basket with the number of seats you need, and pay through Stripe’s secure checkout.

Assign them

Give each seat to a member of staff. Every assigned seat comes with a login code, so staff can sign in without opening an email.

Staff take the course

On a laptop, a phone or a shared tablet on site, at their own pace.

Keep track

Follow progress in manager reporting, export it as a CSV, and get reminders before certificates expire.

What is a seat?

One place on one course for one member of staff. You buy seats in bulk, and each one is given to a single person.

Is there a subscription?

No. There is no monthly fee. You pay for the seats you buy, when you buy them.

What if we need more seats later?

Buy more whenever you need them. Each order is separate and comes with its own invoice.

How do we pay, and how is tax handled?

Through Stripe’s secure checkout. Stripe works out any tax due and issues the invoice for each order.

Can somebody outside our company check a certificate?

Yes. Anyone can type the code printed on a certificate into our verification page and see whether it is valid, expired or revoked.
