This Anti-Bullying and Harassment course is fully online. It provides employees, students, or organizational members with the knowledge and practical tools they need to recognize, prevent, and respond to bullying and harassment in U.S. settings. It aligns with federal standards—including Title VII, Title IX, and EEOC guidance—and can be adapted to include state-specific requirements.
The training emphasizes building a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment, where all individuals understand their rights, responsibilities, and available resources.
